I can't see any mention of HORSES in the above boxes. I have been riding from Cold Ash all my live and use Lawrence lane regularly with my HORSE. I would also like to say that if Lawrence Lane was to close to traffic it would encourage FLY TIPPING GALORE and become over grown. I think putting a reduced speed limit would be more appropriate say 20mph.

This is a great idea, the road is not suitable for cars and certainly not for the food delivery vehicles that chance using the lane on a regular basis.

Before lockdown people did not use this lane but as there was a lockdown people started to use it, but moan about the traffic!! Well there is a active farm half way up that uses the lane also two properties on the farm that use this lane and alway have done!! I feel this is a waste of time money and effort!! The farm will alway need access same as the people that live on the lane!! Maybe the solution is make it one way traffic for cars, cyclists and walkers??

Needs more signs that is noticeable to state its not suitable for large/heavy good vehicles as a cut though. If the roads wasn't used for vehicles it would become over grown, there are places to pass safely. To many gate entrance for fields ect on the road that will need access. Plenty of other safe places to walk/ride with out trying to stop vehicles from being on a road.
